...Held Together By Clothes Pins & Tension....

Welcome to my little corner of the World Wide Web. I am just kicking back, relaxing, and talking about all the stuff that I can possibly think of. Plus, I can get people to read it...and leave me comments. :)

"Life is like a box of crayons. Most people are the 8-color boxes, but what you're really looking for are the 64-color boxes with the sharpeners on the back. I fancy myself to be a 64-color box, though I've got a few missing. It's ok though, because I've got some more vibrant colors like periwinkle at my disposal. I have a bit of a problem though in that I can only meet the 8-color boxes. Does anyone else have that problem? I mean there are so many different colors of life, of feeling, of articulation.. so when I meet someone who's an 8-color type.. I'm like, "hey girl, magenta!" and she's like, "oh, you mean purple!" and she goes off on her purple thing, and I'm like, "no - I want magenta!" --John Mayer--

Sunday...Boring Sunday

Yesterday was SO fun...beside the fact that I didn't get any sleep at ALL. I stayed up all night...and partly for a WASTE of time.....*grr @ me*

I headed down to Cincinnatti and Dayton with the Black Student Union yesterday. It made me soo excited to go to Wright State when we passed by Dayton and went to the mall there. The mall was awesome. I really loved it...It was HUGE. No Elyria mall for sure.

We went to the Freedom Center.. It was about the Underground Railroad and it was SOO good. It is soo terrible to see what people had to go through. It also made me realize how much I love black people and how I would really love to kill people who are racist. I mean...if I look around at all the black people I love...I just can't imagine how people could believe that they aren't as good as anyone else. People are so ignorant. I also got to read some stuff on how Puerto Rico had slavery for QUITE a while (longer than I suspected) and I want to do some more research on that. I knew that Puerto Ricans were a mix of black and the indigenous people...but I am not sure how MANY people were enslaved there and stuff. So..I think I might do some research with it.

I slept all day pretty much...I was soo tired. *lol..once again* Then I went to dinner...ate some chicken! Yum! Now I am getting ready to go to the radio station. So...let me end this thing. I gotta look up some lyrics for Mollie O.

The Bottom Line- I love black people.

Song of the Moment- Switchfoot, Dare you to Move

Mood- Contemplative, Exitced
